History: This meteorite fell on 12 of February 1947 in the Sikhote Alin mountains, Far East of Russia.
Physical characteristics: Thousands of individuals and fragments were found during more then 60 yeas in area of about 4 x 12 km
with more then 100 craters and holes. Total mass is more then 30 ton. Fusion crust is present on all individuals. Fragments are without crust.
Classification: The meteorite is an Iron, Octahedrite, chemical group II AB.
